October and busy!!!

Well it has been a couple months of being busy busy to since I was not on here. I am now 24 weeks into my pregnancyand we are having a baby girl which we have been getting ready for and we are so excited because we now have a boy and a girl! I am currently taking classes at Intellitec College to become a dental assistant. I love the program I am in and it is super interesting how all these different things are done and you learn things that make you feel like you are in an inside joke all the time. So far all of my classes are being passed with A's which should help with my job applications and I also recently got my radiology certificate so I can now take X-rays! Zack is still atthe Colorado Department of Corrections and is still on night shifts which he doesnt like but as of right now it really works for our scheduals. Hunter is getting so Big! He can walk by himself and most times insist on it he takes naps by himself and loves animals. He is not potty trained yet but we are kind of dreading that mess right now but he sits on his potty while we use the restroom which is always good! We are so busy lately but I love it and I love seeing my boys and spending time with them and am super excited to have our new addition but scared cause there is not just one kid now but two. Well I have to go make dinner so hopefully I will be able to get back on during christmas time to post updates then.

It's June 2011 Already!!!

Wow it's June again! So many things have happened to our family. We have bought a house here in Pueblo West and have settled in nicely. Hunter is turning one on the 11th of June. He is so big now and has eight teeth. Those things are popping in like weeds. He is so active and is almost walking by himself. Zachary is working at the Colorado Department of Corrections as a corrections officer and he works the night shift. He would love to be sleeping at night with his family but he is great at what he does. He has also planted a garden and has fixed up the house real nice for us to live in. I am Pragnant with another child and I can not wait to find out whats in there. I also will be starting school in July to be a dental assistant which looks like alot of fun. We also have two dogs and are so excited to be celebrating Hunter and Zacks birthday on the 11th and 12th of june ( it will be hunter's first time going to the zoo). We are going to be so busy this summer that I hope I can keep up.

Current events!!

Recently we have had alot of changes in our lives. Instead of just the two of us we now have three. Our baby Hunter Thomas Witt was born june 11 2010. He is our pride and joy! I am so happy he is in our life and love every minute of it. He will be three months on september 11th 2010. He can raise his head up, laugh, trys to stand up, and he has the cutest little smile. He is full of energy and loves to be held. We reciently moved from Lamar since there was not alot of job oppritunities there. We are currently looking for a good paying job so that we can take care of Hunter and find a good house to live in. I also want to go to culanary school and learn how to bake amazing cakes cookies and eventually open up a bakery. It would be amazing to be able to be apart of someones special day and since I love to bake I think it would be the perfect thing. I am just waiting to be able to start the rest of our lives as a family!

Spring Trip!!!

Well we are on our 34th week on Thursday. Zachary and I took a trip down to Colorado Springs to see my Sister Brittany, her baby Juliet, and the rest of my family. We got there on Sunday morning and did family pictures. That took forever! Everyone got pictures taken and it took along time to get everyone in there outfits and then get them to settle down. After we finished pictures Zack and I took a twenty min nap because we only had five hours of sleep. So after that we stopped by Pizza Hut and got to see my friend Ashley Shmidt. After that we went to my mothers college graduation. The whole time we were out and about Zachary would carry the car seat buckle Juliet in and play with her he also would hold her and open the doors! He was such an amazing help and he acted like a daddy it was so amazing. I think he is really excited to be a dad and he is trying his skills out on any baby he can. So when we got back home we ate dinner and then Zack had to go home so he could go to class in the morning. He took Missy home since she was terrrified ( Missy is my puppy that Zachary bought me for mothers day and she is super scared of people)the whole time we were down there. So I spent my first night alone since we were married and I didnt sleep well at all. So on Monday me, me my sister and my mom went to Olive Garden since I dont have that in Lamar. After that we went shopping at Babys R US and Walmart it took forever but we got so much baby stuff that we filled up the back of my sisters trunk! We finally got to my house at 10:00pm  and Brittany spent the night. Juliet slept in Hunters crib and and she loved the mobile that Zacks Brother Ben bought she couldnt get enough of it! I am so excited to have Hunter come and I wish it was sooner because I finally have all the stuff we will need and I am so excited that Zachary is going to be so enthusiastic and loving! I cant wait to be a mommy and he cant wait to be a daddy!

Our Crazy month....

So we have been doing great so far. Zachary has been doing amazing in his classes and I am loving my new job working at the Holiday Inn Express here in Lamar and its been going great with us. Well first things started happening when we got our electric bill and it said we used three hundred dollars worth of electric. I ended up figuring out that it was our water heater. Since it is electric it uses alot and the fact that it was leaking really bad made it use so much electricity. So we ended up getting that replaced and our land lady took off one hundred dollars off our bill for next time. She is a really amazing lady. The next thing that happened is that we went to the doctor because we had to get an ultra sound and a glucose test as well as a check up. So the check up was good his heart beat was normal so we went to the glucose test. That was the worst tasting drink ever but she said if I didnt keep it down I would have to drink it again so I kept that down. Then we went to the ultrasound and my baby just did not wanna be seen but I think it was because I hadn't eaten since that night. So we didnt get a good picture of anything but his feet. His had was covering his face and his cord was covering his parts. The same lady that did the first ultra sound and siad that it was a 96% sure he was a boy and now she was not sure that it was a boy or girl. So that ultra sound was not to fun and scared me because I didnt know what I am having anymore. So I got a call back from my baby doctor and she said she called the surgeon about my birth mark because it is not in good shape and she thinks it should be removed (they haven't called me yet). She also said I am still anemic (I need to take iron pills) and that the glucose test said I have high blood sugar so I need to go and take a three hour test on monday to see if I really need something done about it. So they stuck me on a diet and they will poke me for blood three times on monday. So we went to Kansas to get a pee test to find out if I was having a boy or girl  and we bought a few different baby clothes and I figured if I have a girl I will take it back. So I did the pee test and I am still having a boy which is great! We also found out that I get grumpy when I dont get enough to eat and I start getting really snippy and I feel bad for Zachary cause he is the one who does my meals so I dont go over my diet and he is just trying to follow my list. So it has been a struggle for me because I seem to have one thing after another wrong with me and it is starting to wear me down. I am really greatful that I have Zachary here to help me through all of this and keep me going when I feel I dont want to. I also am glad that Josh got to come down for their spring break and spend time with us it was awsome that Zachary got to see one of his brothers and have alot of fun since there are not alot of people here and we live far away from everyone we love. We also have the nursery almost done we just need a rocking chair the bedding and a couple other little things to make it a great room but I am so excited to see it all comming together.

BABY ROOM DRAMA

So we live in a two bedroom rental and our landlord is simply amazing. She let us paint the rooms whatever colors we wanted and boy did we have a challange with this house. First we couldnt deside which colors we wanted to do for his room. When we finally did we had to pick the right brand and color. So we picked out a light green and soft blue for his room and airplanes, trains, and cars, for the border. Well it took forever to paint the blue background and when we pulled the tape off from the borders it pulled the paint off which sucked so we had to go back and do touch ups. Then when we finished that we spray painted the vehichles on the border and leaked on the border, so we had to touch them up too. After that we picked out the curtian for the window which is green and since the closet has no doors we put blue curtians up for that instead. After that was all done we had a huge debate over a dresser which we finally desided to keep but paint. On Valentines day we bought new fan pulls and new dresser knobs which didnt fit so we had to fix those. After all of that we cleaned up but are leaving the bed up till we get the baby furniture so people who visit can sleep. I am going to take some pictures and put them up on facebook. It is really amasing to see that we actually made that room look amasing and everytime I walk into it I get a huge smile on my face. I am so glad that Zachary was able to paint it for us since I was not suppose to. I am also greatful that he put up with my nagging about when I wanted it done by. I am so excited for my little boy to be here!
